Industrial Development / Broe Real Estate Group, in partnership with our transportation affiliate, OmniTRAX, is developing rail-served industrial facilities throughout the United States. Broe offers the unique capability to control both the rail and real estate component of these industrial parks, offering our tenants a competitive advantage in managing their logistics process.
Value-add Investments / Broe Real Estate Group has been investing in value-add real estate since its inception in 1972. We seek out distressed and challenged assets that are need of active asset management to reposition properties to achieve proper risk-adjusted returns.
Equity Solutions Investment Program / Broe Real estate Group launched this platform in 2015 to provide capital and expertise to distressed ownership groups such as Tenant-In-Common (“TIC”) and other limited partnerships that require both capital and sponsorship to recapitalize and reposition underlying real estate assets. Broe has committed $200 Million of internal capital to this program and continues to evaluate opportunities.
