Kevin Caille is Senior Vice President for the Southeast Region, leading development of the Southeast Region including the Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub, a 2,600-acre master planned industrial park. This vibrant industrial park features dual rail service from CSX and Norfolk Southern, as well as strong proximity to the Port of Savannah, which continues to be one of the fastest-growing ports in the United States.
Prior to joining BREG, Caille oversaw the Southeast Region for Dalfen Industrial. Caille brings nearly two decades of market specific industrial real estate development experience, with a career portfolio that exceeds two billion dollars of southeast transactions.
Kevin has earned a Master of Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate from the University of Georgia.
