Mr. Wells leads all operational, investment, and capital market activities for Broe Real Estate Group and its affiliates. Mr. Wells also leads the Management Committee, which provides strategic direction for the company.
Experience Wells was previously Chief Investment Officer of Shelter Canadian Properties Limited, a real estate investment management company. Before that, he spent 15 years with Lazard Real Estate Partners, most recently as Managing Principal with investment management responsibility for five real estate opportunity funds, which at its peak totaled more than $3 billion of committed partner capital invested in the hospitality, office, industrial, retail, senior living and structured finance sectors. As part of his role at Lazard, Wells also served as President of InTown Suites, Inc., an Atlanta-based extended-stay hotel company with 127 locations. He was previously with The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York/ARES Realty Capital, and started his real estate career with Shelter Corporation of Canada Limited.
Education Mr. Wells received his B.A. from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario, and his M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
Mr. Corsentino is directly responsible for the sourcing and execution of all debt and equity financing. Mr. Corsentino also leads the accounting, financial reporting, and administrative functions for the Broe Real Estate Group and its affiliates. In addition, Mr. Corsentino has primary responsibility for risk management, IT and human resources. Mr. Corsentino is a member of the Management Committee, providing strategic direction to the company.
Experience Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Corsentino was Senior Vice President and Controller at Miller Global Properties, a real estate investment company with over $2 billion of assets under management. He was previously Controller and Vice President of Accounting at SCI Real Estate Investments in Los Angeles, one of the nation’s largest tenant-in-common sponsors. He also served as Senior Vice President and Controller for WJ Bradley Company, an investment banking firm specializing in the residential mortgage industry. He began his career with KPMG .
Education Mr. Corsentino holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern Colorado, and a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Albro is responsible for BREG’s commercial real estate portfolio, as well as research and strategy development. Mr. Albro is also a member of the Management Committee, which provides strategic direction to the company.
Experience Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Albro was Vice President of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management at Penwood Real Estate Investment Management, a private firm focused on value-add industrial investments. Prior to Penwood, he was Vice President of Acquisitions at Cigna Realty Investors, where he was responsible for sourcing joint venture equity and fixed-rate debt investments. Mr. Albro has direct experience in a variety of U.S. markets covering all major property types; total equity transactions exceed $1.6 billion in gross asset value and total debt investments exceed $350 million. He also has held positions with Starwood Capital Group and Vail Resorts Management Company.
Education Mr. Albro received his B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College, and earned his M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Mr. Brown brings over thirty years of experience in design and infrastructure of all commercial/industrial facilities. He oversees the operations and strategic planning for the Great Western Industrial Park.
Experience Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Brown was Director of Construction at Tejon Ranch Company and worked to development water treatment facilities and interstate crossings, among other projects. Mr. Brown has also served as a Project Manager McIntosh & Associates managing heavy industrial construction projects for major oil companies.
Education Mr. Brown is a graduate of Montana State University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology
Mrs. Corbitt heads the Accounting Group for Broe Real Estate Group and its affiliates; leading and overseeing the day to day accounting operations for the Commercial, Residential & Industrial portfolios. Mrs. Corbitt is also responsible for overseeing and managing the annual audit and budget processes.
Experience: Prior to joining Broe, Mrs. Corbitt was a Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she began her career. During her five years working within PwC’s audit practice she spent her first two years at the firm focusing on private company clients and three years, thereafter, in the public sector focusing on clients in the consumer industrial products industry.
Education: Mrs. Corbitt holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Denver. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Fitzsimmons oversees the development, operations, marketing, and strategic planning for the Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub. He brings over twenty-five years of experience in logistics real estate, including leadership roles with a top-ranked industrial developer. Mr. Fitzsimmons experience spans development, brokerage, and investment management in every region of the United States. He has completed industrial deals in excess of 9M SF and over $800M of value.
Experience Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Fitzsimmons was Senior Director Southeast Logistics for Lee & Associates in Atlanta, GA. He also held positions of Senior Vice President of REAP North America, Vice President of Investments for IDI Gazely Brookfield Logistics and Vice President, National Business Development for Industrial Developments International (IDI).
Education Mr. Fitzsimmons is a graduate of Middlebury College with a B.A. in Economics and Geography and received his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia – Darden.
Mr. Gutesha oversees BREG’s commercial real estate portfolio encompassing commercial office, medical office and retail assets. His responsibilities include portfolio and asset management, annual business plan preparation and execution, major capital project implementation, third party management and leasing oversite as well as the disposition process.
Experience Mr. Gutesha joined Broe in 2015 and has held multiple financial and asset management positions within the company. Prior to joining Broe, he held positions in the oil and gas industry and as an auditor with Ernst & Young.
Education Mr. Gutesha received his B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Gonzaga University, and earned his M.S.F from the University of Denver. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Poremba is responsible for construction of Broe Real Estate Group’s Country Club Towers II project, and will maintain an office there.
Experience Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Poremba was Director of Construction for ServiceStar, where he spent 14 years in various positions. Mr. Poremba has more than 25 years of construction and development experience.
Education Mr. Poremba is a graduate of Colorado State University with a B.S. in Industrial Construction Management.
Mr. Restad is responsible for the management of Broe Real Estate Group’s existing industrial portfolio, as well as the development of industrial products at strategic rail-served sites where OmniTRAX operates.
EXPERIENCE Mr. Restad brings nearly twenty years of experience leading business development, asset management and commercial and industrial development initiatives for large scale, master-planned projects in Colorado, California, and Georgia. Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Restad was Director of Real Estate at Tejon Ranch Company, where he managed commercial and industrial activities within the 1,450-acre Tejon Ranch Commerce Center. Mr. Restad also spent time as Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Wonderful Company, where he led project management and business development activities for the 1,800-acre Wonderful Logistics Park. He also served as Senior Project Manager for LNR Commercial Property Group for the 1,600-acre High Point project, which is home to the Gaylord Rockies Resort. Mr. Restad has assisted companies such as IKEA, Famous Footwear, American Tire Distributors, Dollar General, Schlumberger, and A&R Logistics with their industrial warehouse and distribution needs.
EDUCATION Mr. Restad holds a B.A. in Financial Management from the University of North Dakota, and a M.B.A. and Master’s in International Business from the University of Colorado, Denver.
Mr. Savela oversees all elements of the Land and Development process, including: the identification and assessment of potential properties; detailed management of due diligence, entitlement, platting, and final site designs; and direction of site development and construction activities. Mr. Savela serves on multiple metropolitan districts associated with several company assets, with a focus on community and development operations as well as public financing of district improvements. Marc is a member of the Management Committee, which provides strategic direction for the company.
Experience Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Savela was Sr. Director of Land Development for Brookfield Residential, where he spent twelve years in various positions – most recently Mr. Savela was responsible for the annual entitlement and delivery of approximately 1,000 residential lots. Mr. Savela has also served as the President for multiple residential Metropolitan Districts and Home Owners Associations, with extensive knowledge of community operations and public financing. Prior to joining Brookfield Residential, he practiced as a Civil Consulting Engineer designing residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
Education Mr. Savela is a graduate of the University of Colorado – Boulder with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a Business Minor. Mr. Savela is also a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado.
Reagan Shanley is responsible for the Industrial Development Group within OmniTRAX. In addition to his role with OmniTRAX, Reagan is a member of the BREG Management Committee helping to facilitate the coordinated efforts of OmniTRAX and BREG in the pursuit of Industrial Development opportunities and to assist BREG with business development initiatives within the real estate investment management business.
Experience Reagan was previously Senior Vice President with Colony Northstar, Inc. in New York. Prior to that, Reagan was with Capmark Finance, LLC as an Executive Vice President where he co-managed the restructuring and liquidation of a $2.5B portfolio of industrial, condominium, multi-family and office property and loans across the United States. Reagan also spent seven years as a Managing Director of RBS Greenwich Capital where he was responsible for business development, origination, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management of over $4 billion of debt and preferred equity investments.
Education/Certification Reagan holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate.
Mr. Spittell leads the Finance team at Broe Real Estate Group and is involved in the sourcing and execution of all debt and equity financings, strategic financial analysis, and investor and lender relations.
Experience Mr. Spittell joined The Broe Group as a Treasury Analyst and has assumed roles with increased responsibility with Broe Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Spittell was an associate with Alvarez & Marsal Taxand.
Education Mr. Spittell holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.
Mr. Zisler is responsible for the acquisition of a wide range of assets and operating companies throughout the Western United States. Mr. Zisler is also a member of the Management Committee.
Mr. Zisler has 15 years of real estate experience, inclusive of nearly 13 years specifically as co-founder of a boutique real estate investment banking firm. He served as Principal and Co-Founder at Zisler Capital Associates from 2006 to 2017. Of note, Mr. Zisler re-capitalized a $130 million, 7-property portfolio of newly constructed, market-rate apartments with a state pension fund as a new equity partner. During his time at Zisler Capital Associates, Mr. Zisler successfully raised $100 million of 1st and 2nd trust deed financing for the acquisition and development of two large master planned commercial land parcels. In 2013 the principals of Zisler Capital were recruited to join Encore Enterprises, Inc. Here, Mr. Zisler worked as Senior Managing Director and Head of Capital Market until 2015. Prior to Zisler Capital, Mr. Zisler was a Vice President with Buchanan Street Partners and AVP for Heitman in their acquisition groups. Mr. Zisler started his career in equity derivative trading with Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Zisler graduated in 2001 from Boston College with a BA in Economics and holds an active Colorado Real Estate Broker License.

Larry King has over 45 years of experience in architecture, strategic design, planning, and corporate general management. He is a comprehensive resource for the structuring and implementation of long-term occupancy strategies as well as design solutions requiring sensitivity to client goals.
Recently retiring after 25 years from IA Interior Architects, he founded the Chicago and other IA offices and has been Managing Principal of the New York and Chicago offices prior to his relocation to the Denver office as Managing Principal and the global Client Services Team. Founded in 1985, IA is the largest global provider of architectural services focused on the interior architecture and workplace with 21 offices worldwide.
During his 16 years of practice in Denver during the 1970’s and 1980’s he was a board member of the Denver Partnership, DURA (Denver Urban & Renewal Authority), Denver Center for Performing Arts, The Denver Club, and Colorado Ballet.
A graduate of Kansas State University, he is NCARB-certified and a registered architect in 33 states. He is a participating member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and past Vice President of the Denver Chapter, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Colorado Chapter, a member of International Facilities Managers Association (IFMA), and the Economic Club of Chicago. As a member of NAIOP, he was a global award winner of the Office Building of the Future competition which is now a published book. He is the past Illinois State Chairman and National Board of Directors of the Council of Growing Companies (CGC), and a past board member of the University Club and the Tower Club of Chicago, Heartland Alliance, and Harrington College of Design. He was recently honored as a Fellow and Distinguished Alumni of Kansas State University and was a board member of Kansas State University Foundation, the College of Architecture, Denver Art Museum Design Council, Corenet Colorado Chapter, and a frequent speaker and panelist.
Prior to joining IA, Larry worked for sixteen years with the global architecture firm Gensler, where he served as Managing Principal of the Denver office and member of the firm’s Management Committee. Following he was Chief Executive Officer for the national offices of a Fortune 50 financial services company and its subsidiary PHH Environments, and a partner in the international architectural and engineering firm of Perkins & Will.
