Brian Chen is Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management for Broe Real Estate Group (BREG), leading BREG’s multifamily, commercial real estate, and construction and land development teams. Chen is also a member of the BREG Management Committee. Chen’s extensive industry experience adds a depth of expertise across the portfolio management spectrum to optimize operational excellence and financial performance.
Prior to joining BREG, Mr. Chen amassed two decades of full-spectrum real estate experience from Lincoln Property Company, Beacon Capital Partners, ASB Real Estate Investments, and Tishman Speyer.
Brian received a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from the George Washington University School of Business.
