Ms. Vanderveen is responsible for the management of the BREG multifamily portfolio. Katie is a member of the Management Committee, which provides strategic direction for the company. Vanderveen oversees BREG’s billion-dollar Colorado multi-family portfolio and leads the acquisition strategy for Broe Residential.
Prior to joining Broe, Ms. Vanderveen spent six years at Pensam Capital where her responsibilities included operational management, capital allocation, and long-term strategy for a national portfolio of 14,000-units. Katie brings more than 20 years of multi-family experience to the Broe Real Estate Group management team through a distinguished multifamily career that is marked by expanded responsibility, broad asset management, and consistent results.
Ms. Vanderveen earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Grand Valley State and is an active leader in her industry and community.
